＜　KuruToku Club Membership Terms and Conditions　＞

　Please agree to these terms and conditions and be sure to read them before registering and using the service.

Article1〔Point Service〕
The Kuru Toku Points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") granted to Kuru Toku Club members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") upon ticket purchase are part of the point service provided by Sapporo Resort Development Public Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Members are entitled to receive the Points and services stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
Article2〔Membership Eligibility〕
　A Member is defined as an individual who has understood and agreed to the Membership Terms and Conditions, applied for membership, and completed the prescribed procedures.

Article3〔Membership Fees and Deposit〕
(1)There is no admission fee or annual membership fee; however, a deposit of 500 yen will be collected when issuing the membership card (hereinafter referred to as "Kuru Toku IC Card").
(2)The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the card. However, please note that returning the card will result in the loss of membership status.

Article4〔Use of Kuru Toku Club Services〕
（1）Points will be granted when purchasing tickets eligible for point accumulation, provided you present your Kuru Toku IC Card.
（2）If you forget your registered Kuru Toku IC Card or fail to present it at the time of ticket purchase, points cannot be granted.
（3）Points can be granted, and purchases at Kuru Toku prices are limited to the member themselves, once per day.
（4）Eligibility based on age will be determined by the member's age at the time of purchasing the eligible ticket. Age verification may require presentation of a student ID or identification.
（5）For memberships initiated via mobile phones or similar devices, full entry of all required information on the registration screen is necessary to complete full membership registration. Incomplete entries result in temporary membership registration. While points can be granted with temporary membership, benefits based on accumulated points cannot be used. Please ensure to complete full membership registration. Note that temporary memberships will be deleted at the end of the season if they remain incomplete.
（6）Membership registration and use of services are strictly limited to the member themselves. Even family members or others cannot transfer or lend membership. Ticket purchases may require identity verification.

Article5〔Eligible Tickets for Point Accumulation〕
　Points will be granted for the purchase of the following tickets:
（1）Tickets purchased at Kuru Toku prices.
（2）Tickets purchased with various specified discount coupons.
（3）Tickets such as 4-hour tickets, Free 2-day tickets, Free 3-day tickets, and various package tickets.
（4）Tickets purchased as part of a bus package.
（5）Other tickets as specified by the Company.
※For Parent-Child Package Tickets, Free 2-Day Tickets, and Free 3-Day Tickets, only one point will be granted.

Article6〔Combination Restrictions〕
　When purchasing tickets at Kuru Toku prices, certain vouchers (e.g., facility usage vouchers) issued by organizations and companies may not be combined in some cases.

Article7〔Point Validity Period and Ticket Purchase Count〕
（1）Points will expire if two years have passed since the date of point accrual. Additionally, if a membership remains as temporary registration at the end of the season, all points will expire at that time.
（2）The ticket purchase count resets to one at the end of the season. For full members, the second purchase fee can be applied starting from the first purchase in the next season.

Article8[Point Usage]
　Members may exchange 5 points for a one-day ticket using a method specified by the Company. Additionally, if the Company establishes benefits that can be redeemed with points, members may opt to exchange points for such benefits.

Article9〔Exchange for Coupons〕
（1）Accumulated points can be exchanged for coupons usable within the Company only during the exchange period specified in Article 7.
（2）To exchange points for coupons, members must bring their registered Kuru Toku IC Card and use the point terminal to issue the coupon themselves.

Article10〔Use and Validity of Coupons〕
（1）Coupons can be used at facilities designated by the Company.
（2）The expiration date of the coupon is printed on the coupon itself.

Article11〔Point Inquiry〕
　Members can check their points using the point terminal.

Article12〔Communication Fees〕
　Members are responsible for communication fees incurred when using mobile phones or similar devices.

Article13〔Returns〕
　Ticket returns are only accepted in cases where the Company is responsible. 　　　　　　　　　　　　　When requesting a return, members must present their registered Kuru Toku IC Card.Additionally, points will not be added in the case of returns; the points will revert to the amount prior to the ticket purchase.

Article14〔Procedure for Changes to Registered Information〕
　Members must promptly update their information, such as name or email address, if any changes occur.

Article15〔Card Reissuance〕
　In the event of loss, theft, or damage to the card, the deposit will not be refunded.For the reissuance of a lost, stolen, or damaged registered Kuru Toku IC Card, a reissuance fee of 1,000 yen will be charged.

Article16〔Forgotten Registered Kuru Toku IC Card〕
　If a member forgets their registered Kuru Toku IC Card, points cannot be granted.

Article17〔Loss of Membership Status〕
　A member will lose their membership status, along with any accumulated Kuru Toku Points, under the following circumstances:
（1）Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
（2）No usage of the Kuru Toku IC Card for three consecutive seasons.
（3）Failure to complete the transition from the old Kuru Toku Card to the Kuru Toku IC Card.
（4）Submission of false information on the membership application form.
（5）Use of the card by someone other than the member.

Article18〔Requests for Member Cooperation〕
　The Company may send promotional materials, information, or surveys to members via email or printed documents sent to their registered address. Members are requested to understand and cooperate in advance.

Article19〔Amendments to Terms and Conditions〕
　The content, system, and operations outlined in these Terms and Conditions may be modified, revised, or discontinued without prior notice. In such cases, the updated Terms and Conditions posted on the Company’s website will take precedence.

Article20〔Consent to Use of Personal Information〕
　By applying for membership, members agree to the use of their personal information provided during registration for purposes such as sending Company notifications or creating statistical data that does not identify individuals.

第21条〔Enactment and Validity of These Terms and Conditions〕
　These Terms and Conditions, revised on September 27, 2019, will remain in effect until the Company makes additional amendments or changes.

These Terms and Conditions, revised on November 1, 2024, will remain in effect until the Company makes additional amendments or changes.
