Terms of Use
Article 1: Scope of Application
The Terms of Use apply to agreements on the use of ski resorts that the Company operates, laws and regulations and the Standards on Snow Sports Safety apply to matters not specified in the Terms of Use, and common practices apply to matters not specified by laws and regulations.
Article 2: Inherent Danger in Snow Sports
Persons that use the Resort (hereafter "Users") should understand the following dangers inherent in all snow sports, such as skiing and snowboarding.
1.Weather hazards, such as snow, blizzards, rain, thick fog, etc. (including whiteouts)
2.Terrain hazards, such as cliffs, slopes, uneven ground, ditches, streams, etc.
3.Snow quality and snow surface hazards, such as frozen slopes, deep snow, avalanches, etc.
4.Natural obstructions such as trees, stumps, bushes, rocks, exposed ground, etc.
5.Collision hazards with manmade objects such as ski lift supports, signs and markers, ropes, mats, etc.
6.Collision hazards with snowcats
7.Snow park, etc., usage hazards
8.Excess speed hazards
9.Falling hazards
10.Collision hazards with other Users
11.Hazards due to fatigue, alcohol consumption, or use of medicine
12.Hazards due to use of improper gear
13.Other similar hazards
Article 3: Following Signs and Instructions
Users must follow all signs and markers, instructions, resort announcements, course map cautions and warnings, ski patrol, and other Resort staff instructions at all times.
Article 4: Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
1.Entering and skiing/snowboarding in out of bounds/off limits areas (hereafter "Restricted Areas")
2.Entering and skiing/snowboarding in closed courses
3.Intentionally skiing/snowboarding close to other Users, trees, manmade objects such as lift supports, and natural objects
4.Inhibiting the operation of ski lifts and gondolas
5.Getting close to any snowcat
6.Skiing/snowboarding under the effects of alcohol or medicine
7.Hiking up courses for purposes of mountain climbing, etc.
8.Unauthorized reselling of lift tickets
9.Standing still or sitting on the course for long periods of time
10.Monopolizing or occupying slopes by making unauthorized jumps, kickers, or installing poles, etc., at the Resort
11.Unauthorized sales of goods or holding unauthorized events at the Resort
12.Soliciting at the Resort
13.Unauthorized use of drones at the Resort
14.Disposing of or leaving empty cans, cigarette butts, or other items outside of designated areas
15.Letting dogs or other animals loose at the resort
16.Vandalizing natural elements of the mountain
17.Other similar conduct
Article 5: Rules on Slowing Down
Users must slow down in the following situations:
1.When there is a SLOW DOWN sign
2.When the terrain or obstructions make it difficult to see ahead
3.When there is insufficient snow cover at the beginning of the season or in spring
4.When visibility is poor due to snow, blizzards, thick fog, at sunset, etc. (including whiteouts)
5.Near natural obstructions such as trees, or manmade objects such as ski lift supports, nets, ropes, etc.
6.Where courses merge, or on narrow sections of courses
7.Near lift boarding and drop-off points
8.When the course is crowded
9.Near on-duty ski patrol or moving snowcats
10.When skiing/snowboarding near areas where it is hazardous if you fail to slow down
Article 6: Rules on Skiing/Snowboarding
Users must follow the below instructions when skiing/snowboarding:
1.Maintain speed and control according to the terrain, weather, your skills, and slope crowding.
2.Yield to skiers/snowboarders coming from behind you when starting and when merging with or cutting across another course.
3.Pay attention to skiers/snowboarders in front of you and maintain a safe distance.
4.When overtaking someone, keep in mind that they may move unexpectedly, and maintain sufficient distance.
5.If you fall, move to the side of the course as quickly as possible so as not to block the slope.
6.When stopping, climbing up, or going down the course, keep to the edges.
7.Do not sit on the course or stop in narrow spots or locations with poor visibility.
8.Yield to on-duty ski patrol and moving snowcats by stopping or slowing down while keeping the path open.
9.Use a leash to prevent your equipment from sliding away and endangering other Users.
Article 7: Street Usage Rules
Users should follow the below rules:
1.Ski/snowboard at your own skill level.
2.Only start after making sure that the landing area is safe.
3.Wear a helmet and other necessary safety equipment.
4.Follow the posted precautions.
Article 8: Group or Commercial Group Use
1.Before using the Resort as a group or for commercial group use, a representative must submit an application.
2.The representative must take the lead in abiding by the Terms of Use, making sure all others follow suit.
Article 9: Lessons at the Resort
1.Anyone who provides ski, snowboard, or other snow sports lessons (hereafter "Instructors") must notify the Resort in advance. This does not apply, however, when providing advice or instruction to family members or friends.
2.Instructors must provide lessons in a location and manner that does not obstruct other Users.
3.Instructors must provide thorough safety guidance, taking into consideration the weather, snow, and course conditions, offering lessons that match the skill level of the students.
4.Instructors must ensure that their students follow the Terms of Use.
5.The Resort accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any accidents or problems that occur during lessons. Such situations must be handled on your own.
Article 10: Child Guardian/Attendant Rules
1.Child guardians/attendants should ensure that children are kept safe in line with their skill level.
2.Child guardians/attendants should strive to teach the children about the rules in the Terms of Service.
Article 11: Cooperation During Accidents
1. If you witness or are involved in an accident, please inform ski patrol or Resort staff immediately. You may need to provide first aid in some circumstances.
2.If an accident occurs, Users should help those involved.
3.Persons who witness or are involved in an accident should confirm each other's identity.
4.When an accident happens, persons who witness or are involved in the accident must provide their correct name, contact details, and accident information when requested by Resort staff.
Article 12: Safety Gear
Users should endeavor to wear safety gear such as a helmet.
Article 13: Enrolling in Insurance
Users should endeavor to enroll in accident or property insurance in case of accidents.
Article 14: Rescue Operations in Restricted Areas
If Users are injured or in distress in a Restricted Area, the Resort shall not be responsible, and will not respond to User requests to conduct search and rescue operations.
If the Resort conducts rescue operations in Restricted Areas on the request of the authorities such as the police or fire department, Users will be billed for the following costs. Also, compensation will be sought for any damages suffered by the resort in the course of rescue or support operations.
Base cost: ¥50,000 (per hour)
Personnel cost: ¥5,000 (per hour/per person)
Snowcat use: ¥50,000 (per hour/per vehicle)
Snowmobile use:¥10,000 (per hour/per vehicle)
Gondola use: ¥2,500 (per round trip/per person)
Note: The following personnel costs will be added for rescue operations during the noted time frames.
・5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.: Additional 25%
・10:00 p.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Additional 50%
About no-slip areas
The orange and pink areas of the slope map are outside the no-slip area and management area. Never go outside the no-slip area / management area beyond ropes, nets and signs.
Article 15: Compensation for Damages
The Company will seek compensation for any damages suffered due to intentional or negligent actions on the part of the User that violate laws and regulations or the Terms of Service.
Article 16: Refusal of Service
The Company will revoke the User's lift ticket and refuse service at the Resort if any of the following applies.
1.When the Company determines that use of the Resort does not or may not comply with the Terms of Use
2.When User requests create a particular burden that the Company cannot accommodate at the Resort
3.When use of the Resort violates the provisions of laws and regulations, order, or public morality
4.When use of the Resort by heavily intoxicated persons poses safety risks
5.When natural disasters, infectious diseases, and other unavoidable reasons hinder the use of the Resort
6.When Users fail to follow the directions of ski patrol or Company staff
7.When the User is or could be part of a designated criminal organization, or a member of a designated criminal organization or antisocial group according to the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members
8.When there are any valid reasons other than the above
Article 17: Restrictions on Usage
When natural disasters, infectious diseases, and other unavoidable reasons hinder use of the Resort, the Company reserves the right to restrict use of all or part of the resort.
Article 18: Updates to Terms of Use
The Terms of Use may be updated to keep up with the times, environmental changes, etc. In the event that the Terms of Use are updated, a notice will be posted online or via other equivalent means before the update, along with the changes and the date the updated Terms of Use take effect.
Supplemental Provisions: Enactment and Enforcement
The Terms of Use are in force as of November 1, 2024.

Range of Agreement
- Article 1
- Our cableway business will be conducted according to these terms and conditions.Otherwise as per the law.
Staff instructions
- Article 2
- Follow the instructions of the staff for safety
Underwriting
- Article 3
- Carriage is accepted except for Article 4.
- Article 4
- We refuse to accept carriage if
(1)If you do not have a valid ticket
(2)If you do not follow the instructions of the staff
(3)When a customer requests special wishes
(4)Failure to observe the law
(5)When transportation business safety is not recognized
(6)If you have dangerous goods
(7)When there is an obstacle due to a genius or unavoidable reason
(8)Any other time that we think is legitimate
Ticket sales
- Article 5
- Our company sells tickets
The validity of the ticket
- Article 6
- 1.ckets are only valid when used under the conditions specified in the ticket
2. If you change the fare, the ticket issued before the change will be valid during the validity period
3. If you use a ticket other than our valid ticket, it will be invalid
4. Tickets are invalid if:
(1)Failure to observe the conditions on the ticket
(2)When a season ticket is used by anyone other than the person
(3)When impersonating and using
(4)If you use items for which you cannot see the information on the ticket
5.Tickets are only available to the customer who purchased them. Prohibit gifts or resale to others. In that case, we will collect it as invalid
Presentation of ticket and cut-out collection

- Present your ticket to the passenger when boarding. Check the type of ticket and collect it.
Fare and application method

- Our fares are shown in the fare table
Handling for customers in case of operation suspension
- Article 9
- If you stop driving due to weather etc., we will exchange your ticket etc.
Refund of fare
- Article 10
- Fares will not be refunded unless
2.If you cannot drive due to the weather. However, it is different when temporarily stopping operation.
(1)Refund of fare is 10 yen unit

(1)Do not jump or ride from a fixed position
(2)Move hard ski snowboards and lifts
(3)Riding in a dangerous position
(4)Prevent safe driving
Duty of care
- Article13
- The duty of care is as follows
(1)If you are not confident in using it, please tell the staff
(2)Move to the riding position and wait for the ski to face forward correctly
(3)If you can not get on, please leave the lift immediately
(4)Make sure your skis and snowboards don't bother your neighbors
(5)Take your backpack off your back and put it on your knees
(6)Snowboarders put on a flow stop. Fold the binding.
2.Duty of care while riding
(1)Sit down deeply and drop down when there is a safety bar
(2)Do not look backwards on the lift
(3)Don't touch the pillar because it's stock
3.Caution when getting off
(1)Be prepared and go straight ahead as you get closer to the landing area
(2)If you did not get off, just take the lift and wait for the staff
4.If something happens, follow the instructions of the attendant
Various responsibilities
- Article 14
- We will compensate for any damage caused by the operation of the lift if it damages your life or body. Except in the following cases.
(1)If we have complied with the laws regarding lift operation.Where the facility has been proven free of defects or obstacles.
(2)In case of customer negligence
Liability for portable goods
- Article 15
- Does not compensate for skiing and other damage that may occur during a lift ride.
However, this does not apply if we do not have.
Customer Responsibilities
- Article 16
- If you do not follow this rule and we suffer damage, we will seek compensation for that damage.
Extra fare
- Article 17
- If you disguise your ticket, you will get more than twice the extra fare
