WEB販売(レンタル・リフト券)のキャンセル手続きは、Webketマイページから行うことができます。

Webketページにログイン後、マイページからキャンセルのお手続きをお願いいたします。

※営業中止の場合、自動キャンセルにはなりませんので、お手数ですがWebketマイページからキャンセルのお手続きをお願いいたします。

※領収書発行済の場合はキャンセルできません。​

※スクール・レストラン座席予約は、マイページからキャンセルはできませんのでご注意くださいませ。

We will explain how to cancel online sales. You can cancel online sales (rentals and lift tickets) from your Webket My Page. After logging in to the Webket page, please complete the cancellation procedure from My Page. *If business is suspended, your reservation will not be automatically canceled, so please complete the cancellation procedure from your Webket My Page. *Please note that school and restaurant seat reservations cannot be canceled. *Cancellation is not possible if a receipt has already been issued.
